Darcy Richard Touhey is a Canadian Writer, Director, and Producer based in London, UK. He is known for Porcelain (2021) and Four Walls (2021). He grew up in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada where he often skipped class to make movies instead. This probably wasn't the best idea but I guess we'll see.
