Biography

Wei-ling Chen was born on March 4, 1975 in Taipei, Taiwan. She was a director and writer, known for The Moonlight in Jilin (2012), Year of the Rain (2010) and Your Eyes, My Hands (2011). She died on November 1, 2023 in Taipei, Taiwan.
