In 2013, Nefertiti embarked on a remarkable journey by creating a mentorship program at Mt. San Jacinto Continuation High School. This program aimed to teach students the intricacies of filmmaking and development, inspiring a new generation of creative minds. Over the course of a semester, Nefertiti devoted her time and expertise to guide these young students in the art of storytelling through the medium of film.
Despite the challenges of being a single mother, Nefertiti fearlessly pursued her dreams and completed an AA in Film Production in 2015, displaying remarkable determination and resilience. Balancing the responsibilities of parenthood while advancing her career in the film industry showcased her unwavering dedication to both her daughter and her passion for storytelling. Subsequently, she embarked on a journey that allowed her to explore creativity and develop various skills. Through involvement in numerous short film projects and music videos, Nefertiti gained hands-on experience in different aspects of filmmaking. One significant achievement was the creation of "A Dream to Remember," a film that later became an official selection at the Palm Springs Film Festival.
Building on her passion for storytelling, Nefertiti also had the opportunity to contribute to the documentary "Bigger than Africa" as a voiceover writer. The film's inclusion on Netflix gave her a sense of pride and reinforced her commitment to making meaningful contributions in the industry.
In 2018, Nefertiti took a significant leap and founded her own litigation media company, blending her expertise in film and legal acumen. This entrepreneurial venture allowed her to utilize her creative skills and legal knowledge to assist clients in effectively conveying the facts of a case into a coherent and persuasive visual presentation for judges and juries.
