Jill Penfold is a British Born Actor. Training in Birmingham, UK, before beginning work in different Theatres across England. For 5 years Jill worked in Shakespeare and Jacobean theatre Theatre making the leap to Los Angeles to study her craft at The Lee Strasberg TV and Film school, The Groundlings Improvisation School and at Wild Card Boxing Club for film fighting.

Jill is a trained stunt actor and film fighter. Doubling many leading ladies over the years. Specializing in handguns and assault weapons. Jills main work consists of TV, Film, Voice Over and Commercial.

As a teen, Jill trained as a Beauty Therapist in Southend, Essex. She then worked for 4 years aboard cruise ships as a beautician before coming back to land to train as an actor.

Jill Penfold is a British actress and stunt woman. She was born and raised in Essex. Where she lived until leaving at 20 to travel as a Beautician aboard cruise-ships.

Jill returned to the U.K in 2004 where she attended Birmingham Theatre School for 2 years for Theatre acting. After graduating Jill landed her first job at The Crescent Theatre as 'Angela' in Mike Leigh's 'Abigail's Party'. 4 Years of Theatre Touring followed, including being a gender-fluid Macbeth for 3 months. A best actor award for Madre in 'The Daughters of Venice' was a highlight.

In 2008 Jill was given a scholarship to The Lee Strasberg Film And TV institute to study The Stanslaviski acting method. There she stayed for a year before signing to an agent and beginning her career in Los Angeles. Acting, stunt acting, commercials, fitness and voice acting are all facets of the industry that Jill enjoys.

Jill is a Certified Beauty Therapist and Personal Trainer. She has two fitness programs out currently. L.A. Bride Body- 6 Week Fitness Video Series and 14-Day Boxing Body Bootcamp.
