Kelli Haywood has been married to Dave Haywood since April 14, 2012. They have three children.

Has two children with her husband Dave Haywood - a son Cash Van Haywood (b. September 7, 2014, weighed in at 7 lbs. and measures 19 inches long) and a daughter Lillie Renee Haywood (b. December 22, 2017 in Nashville at 11:14 a.m., weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz., and measuring 19 inches long). Her son's name Cash is taken from Kelli's maiden name Cashiola and Van is her husband's father's name. Daughter Lillie Renee is named after both her grandmothers.

(April 14, 2012) Married her boyfriend of 11 months Dave Haywood in Nashville, Tennessee following a 3-month-long engagement. They were friends for more than 5 years before they started dating in May 2011 and eventually get married.
