Biography

Nestor Ruiz Medina. Scriptwriter, director and director of photography. Among his outstanding works as a director are "Baraka", short film nominated for the Goya Awards and selected at the Tribeca Festival. In 2019 he directed the short film "El Método" and "One 2 One" . His first feature film, 21 Paraiso, had its international premiere at POFF. It had its national premiere at the Seville European Film Festival and received a special mention from the jury at REC in Tarragona. He has worked as a director of photography and editor on various renowned projects such as "Chaval", nominated for a Goya Award, "Ferrotipos", "Malegro verte" and "Tabib", nominated for a Forqué Award.
