Vincent Truman is a writer, director, producer and actor of stage and film. He started his career at Second City in Chicago, being one of the original pioneers in dramatic improvisation with his series, Razor Spirits. Vincent Truman founded Suspicious Clowns, dubbed "sketch comedy at its best" by the Chicago Reader, which created ten original sketch shows, and dozens of appearances, over six years. Truman is proud to say the group was permanently banned from DePaul University.
After the Clowns folded or collapsed, Truman wrote a series of plays including "The Observatory", "Venus Envy", "Featherstone", "Mine" and "Killing Angela" before deciding that film was less exhausting.
Vincent Truman lives in Portland, Oregon, with his pet peeves. He is the fourth of three children.
