Biography

Gideon Hawke Raphael is the son of Richard Alan Raphael and Ursula K Raphael.

Gideon had just learned to walk when the first Zombie Apocalypse (2010) was in production. Gideon's father had worked frequently with the director, Ryan Thompson, so Gideon was asked to fill the role of a child survivor in the sequel, especially with his trademark appearance.

Although Zombie Apocalypse Redemption was Gideon's first movie role, he was very familiar with the zombie sub-culture. In addition to visiting his father on the sets of various horror movies, Gideon's mother has been a contributing writer for Zombiephiles.com as AstraDaemon for years.

Gideon was very proud to have become a part of the Michigan Film Industry at the young age of 5 years old.

Gideon has long blonde hair, which doubles as a medieval and apocalypse look.

Gideon is the son of actor Richard Alan Raphael, and they even share a scene in Zombie Apocalypse Redemption.

Gideon is featured on the CD cover of "We Don't Need your Label Anyways" (2011) by punk band Jokes For Feelings; two of his uncles are in the band.

Gideon signed his first autographs for the movie Zombie Apocalypse: Redemption at the 2011 Flint Horror Convention, at age 6.
