Troy B. Kelly

Troy b. Kelly lived in Jacksonville, Florida, for most of his childhood. His grandmother and father raised him. They always new that Troy was into the movie business when he was four years old, explaining movies like a movie critic. In his early 20's, Troy decided to take on the movie business by moving to Hollywood.
