Samantha Markle

Born Yvonne Marie Markle but changed her name to Samantha in the 1990s. She also used the professional name of Grant in the entertainment industry as a broadcaster, actress, producer, and writer. Samantha has worked in the entertainment industry since 1984 as an on-air talent, newscaster, and promotions and marketing director for several radio stations. She has appeared on television shows such as "Matlock", "General Hospital", "A Different World", "ABC After-School Specials", and several television commercials. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminology, and a Master's Degree in both Mental Health Counselling and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling . She is the daughter of Thomas W. Markle, a successful Lighting Director and Director of Photography for the ABC Television Network for 40 years. She has a brother, Thomas Markle Jr., and a half-sister, Meghan Markle.
