Biography

Denise (Lewis) Griffin grew up in San Diego, California. She grew up loving theater, took drama in high school, loved sitcoms and a host of morning cartoons. She raised two children and enjoyed reading books to them and acting out the characters. She later began a career in law enforcement and also obtained an Associates Degree in Communications from Southwestern College in Chula Vista, Ca . The opportunity finally came her way and she enrolled in acting classes and later voiceover classes to develop the skills she always believed was within her. She has performed work in San Diego and Los Angeles in 48 hour Film Festival, on-line commercials, theatre showcase, TV commercials, short films, stage readings and voiceover. Denise is continuing to take on various opportunities to showcase her talent and experience. She lives by the old age adage "There is no substitution for hard work and determination."
