Biography

A talented filmmaker with expert skills in Direction, Screenwriting and Editing, he was born, brought up and educated in Delhi. After pursuing a three year's advance diploma in computing he started working for a software company and gained substantial experience in information technology. He shifted to Mumbai at the age of 21 and opened Post Production Studio offering services like Film Editing, Sound Recording, Dubbing, Sound Design, Colour Correction, Surround Mixing, etc. The entire process of post-production is technology driven and after running the business for 20 years he has gain an edge in the technology used in film production and post production process. He has catered to many of the Indian Film Fraternity personnel and gained substantial experience in the process of Post-Production of movies. After all these years he could edit a movie and also record, mix a movie independently. With these added skills his interest in movie making sparked and began assisting many good directors since 2006 and learnt the craft of filmmaking. Since past six years he has been making Feature Films, Songs & Award Winning Short Films for different festivals of the world and his films were appreciated and awarded in various festivals around the world. Making films independently gave him a huge perception of how to direct a good movie. He also competed a course in Screenwriting from famous film school Whistling Woods. Adding his experience as assistant director and making short films and running a post-production studio, he gained creative as well as technical expertise of how to execute a full length commercial movie which is very important for a successful film Director.
