Raised in Wisconsin and a Midwesterner at heart, Dan Gallun brings an uncommon authenticity and groundedness to every role he inhabits. After studying theatre at Columbia College Chicago, he spent nearly a decade in Los Angeles building a career in television, film, and national commercial campaigns before settling in the Southeast with his wife and their two young children.

As an actor, Gallun's performances invite audiences to lean in rather than simply watch. His work is defined by an uncommon responsiveness, allowing every conversation to unfold with the feeling that each word genuinely changes him. He specializes in portraying thoughtful, capable men whose identities begin to fracture under extraordinary emotional pressure, finding the hurt hidden inside anger and the longing hidden inside pride.
