Professor Menon was awarded the Fellow of the Royal Medical Science before being awarded the CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in the 2024 King's Birthday Honours List for services to Neurocritical Care. He is Head of Division of Anaesthesia at the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.
