Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Johannes Ringen is a Norwegian-born, LA-based composer known for his work on Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Furious 7 (2015), and Dead Snow 2: Red vs. Dead (2014).

Upon relocating to Los Angeles he worked as a freelance musician and composed music for TV shows and commercials before his career transitioned into film scoring.

Ringen is a graduate from the Film Scoring Program at University of Southern California where he studied under Emmy Award winning and Oscar nominated composers such as Bruce Broughton, Christopher Young, and Garry Schyman.

Johannes Ringen co-wrote (together with James Craft) and produced the song for the short What&#39;s on your mind? that went viral late June, 2014.

Johannes Ringen went on tour with Norwegian-Kenyan artist Stella Mwangi as a bass player right after she reached number one on the primary Norwegian record chart.
