Biography

Emmanuel Rouglan has written and produced plays for about 10 years, before devoting himself to his deepest passion - filmmaking. In 2010, he wrote, produced and directed his first film, The Dream Book. The film has been successful in the festival circuit.

His production company, Insomniak, created as a guarantee of creative freedom, develops and produces hybrid films, defending a cross-genre, counter-cultural cinéma d'auteur.
