Jan Grossman was born on 23 May 1925 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. He was a writer, known for Oikeusjuttu (1969). He was married to Viola Zinková. He died on 10 February 1993 in Prague, Czech Republic.
He and Ladislav Fialka directed Fialka's plays, "The Clowns," and "The Fools," and Alfred Jarry's play, "King Ubu," in a Theatre on the Balustrade Mime Group and Drama Group from the Czechoslovakia production at the Aldwych Theatre in London, England with Jan Libicek in the cast.
