- Vedanti studied filmmaking, direction specialization from Whistling Woods Internationals, Mumbai; where she is currently working as Junior Faculty, in the same department. She was brought up over several towns in Maharashtra- exposing her to the detailed differences of locals and lands. One of those villages from her memory takes a physical form in the film. Vedanti has directed 32 short films in the last 7 years. A few worth a mention - Ghalin Lotangan (3 minute/long take/received special mention/ MAMI 2015), Raakh (11 minute/Diploma Film/ Best screenplay/ PIFF 2016.), Inkblot(60 minute/ horror film/ premiered @ Jaipur International Film Festival 2017) .
