Born in Adelaide, Australia, Mark is now based in Sydney. He earned a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama) at Flinders University Drama Center in Adelaide, and has spent several years studying with Ivana Chubbuck in Los Angeles. He was a founder of Accidental Productions theatre company and was recipient of the Helpmann Academy's Kieth Michell Award for Most Outstanding Arts Graduate.
