Biography

Phillip A. Barbb is a 2x Emmy®-nominated TV Producer working projects with Netflix, FOX, CBS, Facebook Watch, Youtube Red, E!, USA and many others. He is a member of the TV Academy, Producer's Guild of America, and a graduate of Michigan State University.

Additionally, he is a performance coach and author of "All the Reasons I Hate My 28-Year-Old Boss" which is an entertaining, comedic, and motivational business/personal development book that tackles some of the common frustrations, annoyances, and mental hang-ups of being a member of today's youth-driven workforce.

As a performance coach he focuses on emotional intelligence, dynamic leadership, and strategic short-term and long-term goal setting for C-Suites Executives and business owners. He also specializes in creating routines and providing structure for 'work-from-home' professionals seeking to push themselves to the next stages of their careers.

As a keynote speaker, he enjoys the honor of being able to connect with many different types of audiences from high school & college students to personal development workshops to corporate leaders to incarcerated men and women in the Los Angele County Jail system. Mr. Barbb is able to educate, encourage and empower audiences on a variety of topics including Leadership Development, Generational Ageism, Character Building, Peer Pressure, Social Media Influence, and Substance Abuse.
