Phillip A. Barbb is a 2x Emmy®-nominated TV Producer working projects with Netflix, FOX, CBS, Facebook Watch, Youtube Red, E!, USA and many others. He is a member of the TV Academy, Producer's Guild of America, and a graduate of Michigan State University.
Additionally, he is a performance coach and author of "All the Reasons I Hate My 28-Year-Old Boss" which is an entertaining, comedic, and motivational business/personal development book that tackles some of the common frustrations, annoyances, and mental hang-ups of being a member of today's youth-driven workforce.
As a performance coach he focuses on emotional intelligence, dynamic leadership, and strategic short-term and long-term goal setting for C-Suites Executives and business owners. He also specializes in creating routines and providing structure for 'work-from-home' professionals seeking to push themselves to the next stages of their careers.
As a keynote speaker, he enjoys the honor of being able to connect with many different types of audiences from high school & college students to personal development workshops to corporate leaders to incarcerated men and women in the Los Angele County Jail system.
