  • Santiago De la Paz is a Mexico City based film producer, post production supervisor, and sound professional whose career bridges auteur cinema, premium series, and large-scale international productions. With a background in audio engineering, music production, sound design, and post-production, he brings a rare combination of creative sensitivity, technical fluency, and executional rigor to every stage of the process. As co-founder of Nómadas, he has produced films recognized at major festivals including Berlinale, Rotterdam, Visions du Réel, Morelia, and FICUNAM, with credits including Maquinaria Panamericana, selected for Berlinale 2016 and winner of the Mezcal Award at FICG; Casa Blanca, winner of the Coral Award for Best Documentary in Havana and Best International Film at the Krakow Film Festival; Sísifos, winner of Best Documentary at the Shanghai International Film Festival; and Una Historia de Amor y Guerra, selected at Rotterdam and awarded Best Screenplay at FICUNAM 2024. His post-production work spans acclaimed independent films and high-profile productions for companies such as Amazon MGM Studios, Netflix, Paramount+, ViX+, Peacock, and FilmNation, including Silent Night, Radical, Presencias, Cada Minuto Cuenta, El Dentista, and La Casa de los Espíritus.
