Bill DeFrance is a filmmaker, editor, and lifelong student of cinema. A graduate of the Los Angeles Film School, he has worked across several editing platforms and has produced a variety of promotional, educational, and entertainment videos ranging from manufacturing to personal projects. His creative interests lean toward horror, surrealism, absurdist comedy, and social satire, with a particular affection for independent filmmaking and the practical craft behind memorable movie moments. Bill has also worked in repertory exhibition, programming classic and cult films, organizing special events, including conversations with filmmakers with pure intent of giving audiences an opportunity to rediscover movies the way they were meant to be experienced, communally and on the big screen. Whether editing, writing, developing original projects, or bringing people together at a theater, his work is guided by a passion for the craft, humor, and a sincere belief in the lasting impact of cinema.
