Mini bio

  • Raised in Oakland, CA to multi-ethnic Asian immigrants, Deanna Pak first stepped into the arts as a contemporary dancer and transitioned into acting in theatre and film. During her last year in the Skyline Performing Arts Academy, Pak won a dance medal and the Outstanding Female Performance of the Year in Theatre.

Deanna majored in dance at UC Santa Barbara, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. Deanna studied at American Conservatory Theatre (ACT) in San Francisco and worked on local films, plays, and commercial work. Through modeling and acting, Deanna was selected from thousands of girls to compete in the Miss California USA Pageant, representing North Bay. She placed in the top 20%. Through this platform, Pak built strong relationships and further opportunities to serve her community, including W.O.M.A.N., Inc. (Women Organized to Make Abuse Nonexistent) and Lifting Up Lives Organization.

After the pageant, Deanna moved to Los Angeles. She landed her first starring role in the feature film, "Prom Ride". Since then, she has worked in numerous movies and television shows such as Fox's The Resident and Paramount Plus's Fatal Attraction. She wrote her first TV pilot, "Hot Asian Girl" and through the years, she has created several fun and meaningful projects.
