Tina Razdan, a former model active in the late 1970s and early 1980s, was known for her striking presence in Indian fashion and advertising industry. She grew up in a multicultural environment as the daughter of Narendra Nath Razdan, an Indian architect of Kashmiri Pandit descent, and Gertrude Hoelzer, a German nursery school teacher.
From an early age, Tina was exposed to diverse cultural influences. She pursued a modeling career in her late teens and quickly became a familiar face in advertisements for brands such as Premier Fabrics and Thril Cola among others.
She is the sister of Soni Razdan, a renowned actress and filmmaker, who is married to director Mahesh Bhatt-making Tina the aunt of Bollywood star Alia Bhatt.
In addition to her modeling career, Tina made a brief appearance in the James Bond film Octopussy (1983), where she appeared rowing the traditional Gangaur boat alongside other models.
