Biography

Kevin Stanton is an Irish actor who has lived and worked in both Ireland and the USA. He studied Screen Acting at both Bow Street Academy and The Lir in Dublin, following earlier training in improv at The Second City in Chicago. He is also a trained pianist and stand-up comedian.

Kevin has recently appeared onstage as Jay Conway in Ulster American, which played on The Peacock Stage at The Abbey Theatre in May 2025 after a successful RTÉ All-Ireland Drama Festival Circuit run. His performance earned him Best Actor awards at both the Newry Drama Festival and the Association of Ulster Drama Festivals Final. The production also received the RTÉ All-Ireland Drama Festival Abbey Theatre Award and placed second for Best Overall Play.

Other notable stage roles include Willoughby in Sense and Sensibility and Oberon/Theseus in A Midsummer Night's Dream, both with Balally Players.
