Toby Derrick is an Australian actor based in Melbourne.
After graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2012 with a background in contemporary dance, Toby spent several years touring internationally with Shaun Parker & Company, performing throughout Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Australia. He also appeared in Barking Gecko Theatre Company's production of onefivezeroseven, directed by John Sheedy.
Following his international performing career, Toby transitioned his focus to screen acting and trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), before establishing himself across Australian film and television.
His recent screen work includes the upcoming Amazon MGM Studios feature film Subversion and portraying Navy SEAL Corporal Tate Hanley in two episodes of NCIS: Sydney. Earlier credits include Informer 3838, Of an Age, Home and Away, Neighbours and Superwog.
