Biography

Jessica Bay was born on New Year's Eve in Kansas City, Missouri, USA to Joseph, an account executive for Black & Decker and Joy, a counselor for Kansas City School District. She has four older sisters, Melodie, Stephanie, Johnnie and Angelisa. During her last semester as an Engineer major at Kansas State University, she realized her true passion was in the world of entertainment. After graduation, she began studying theater and the performing arts in Kansas City then moved to Los Angeles in May of 2009 to continue pursuing the craft.

Her parents gave Jessica a calico kitten for her birthday. She named the cat Spice because her mother was teaching her how to cook at the time.

Her parents separated when she was a baby and remarried in 1995.

She is of Basque and English decent.

She modeled for Smashbox Cosmetics' Oscar Lookbook in InStyle Magazine's May Issue.
