- Dr. Kissinger Nkosinathi Sibanda (Siyagalala ) is an American constitutional scholar, film director and science fiction writer. Sibanda became the first Africa-born, Black writer, to write a Hard Science Fiction ( Physics narrative ) with military themes, with the novel "The Return to Gibraltar" in 2011 - in the modern era. Ken Sibanda is also the creator of the "Hannibal the Great" franchise. He holds a Doctorate in Law (SJD - PhD equivalent) from Suffolk School of Law. In 1996, he published his first book, in his native South Africa - If God Was A Poet.
