Brit Scales

Brit Scales is an actress hailing from, Chicago. With her former model name, Mahogany Monae, started off as a print magazine model. She was later able to curate and find her footing in numerous roles in film, television and hosting. From starting as a cohost on FoxTV, to appearances on such shows as, The Chi, Chicago Fire, Chicagolicious, as well as she went on to do numerous commercials. Now on the journey in film, she is no stranger to the screen having done independent feature films alongside, Lil Rel Howery, Carl Gillard, Malik Yoba, and Richard Pryor Jr. Brit is excited to mature into the industry and is honored to have been in the ground breaking docu-film "A Fire Within" and the history making short film, "Mosiah". The recent project follows, Samuel Lee Fudge channeling the late-great, Marcus Garvey and Brit as his wife, Amy Jaques Garvey. She is thrilled to be apart of such awesome works and looks forward to the projects ahead.
