- James Morosini wrote, directed and starred in I LOVE MY DAD which won the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at SXSW. He recently wrote an original erotic thriller PALM GROVE and attached Kornél Mundruzco to direct and Kate Hudson & Ana de Armas to star. Prior to that- he sold his original screenplay MOMMYS HOME to Lionsgate and elevated comedy spec INNER CHILD to Universal which he adapted for the Lego Universe. Last year he starred in IT’S WHAT’S INSIDE, which premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and made headlines with its impressive 17M Netflix sale, marking it as the fifth largest sale in the festival’s history. Next up he’ll direct his original screenplay BULLS. Originally from Boston, Morosini studied film at USC where he currently teaches as an adjunct professor.
