Biography

Is a Producer/Director, long-time storyteller, documentary aficionado and grammar nerd - exacerbated by years as a "Mom-ager".

After studying Journalism and Engineering Technology, Shelby spent her early career as a technical writer in the nuclear power industry. She embraced her "right-brained" creative writing mode while working backstage in theater and performing arts. In 2000, she merged her technical ability, business experience and creativity to co-found Panache Productions, specializing in performance & event productions. In 2007, Shelby launched her narrative/documentary film company, co-founding (with her husband) Cobrainey Media Partners.
