- Kifayat Hussain Bhatti was born in 1943 in Gujrat, Punjab, British India. He was an actor and director, known for Ultimatum (1976), Kala Dhanda Goray Log (1981) and Machh Jail (1994). He died on March 13, 2009 in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
- Younger brother of singer Inayat Hussain Bhatti and appeared in more than 24 movies together with him, mostly movies made in the Punjabi language in the 1960s and the 1970s in Pakistan.
- His movie credits are all listed under his nickname 'Kaifi'. His real name was Kifayat Hussain Bhatti. Kaifi was the younger brother of more well-known Pakistani producer-director-playback singer' Inayat Hussain Bhatti ', who died on 31 May 1999. His nickname 'Kaifi' is the only name used in all the Pakistani film records for the younger brother.
