- Adelyne was born in Guangdong province of China and grew up in New York City. She first discovered a passion for theater in Shakespeare class in Brooklyn Technical High School. Since then she has studied theater at SUNY Binghamton, and other acting studios such as HB Studio, Ivana Chubbuck Studio, and The Atlantic Theatre Company.
She started her career in Los Angeles, playing in various productions including Swelter (2014), Die Fighting (2014), Fear Lives Here (2012), For or In (2011), and Yes, Yesterday (2009). Many of her films have been featured at international and domestic film festivals.
