Designer/Manager/Producer Erik Rosete founder of RMG Talent, Art Hearts Fashion, and Mister Triple X. Erik's responsibilities include development, inspiration, retention and strategic planning for all clients worldwide, overseeing and managing all operations of Rosete Management. Erik has been a consultant in commercial business, real estate, and the finance industry. Negotiating major development deals with clients such as Pink Berry, FootPetals, and Wizard Inc. Erik attended High school in Los Angeles where he won the Academic Decathlon his Junior and Senior year making him one of the most intelligent people in the nation. Erik went on to become a Real Estate investor, buying homes throughout the United States and traveling the world to scout for new investment opportunities. Erik's entrepreneurial lifestyle lead the way to manage some of the biggest models, designers, musicians, and actors in the world. Signing with top tier agency IMG in 2011 Erik formed his own consulting firm RMG and his event "Art Hearts Fashion" which has been held coast to coast benefiting multiple charities including Aids Project Los Angeles, Women's Cancer Research, The Hurricane Sandy Relief Kitchen and AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Art Hearts Fashion events are highly supported by celebrities and have become a premiere platform for designers and artists to showcase their work. Through his work in charity and fashion Erik created the fashion line Mister Triple X which was conceived through a story and has headlined major fashion weeks coast to coast including Mercedes Benz Fashion Week NYC and Style Fashion Week Los Angeles.
