Jennifer Oguzie Multiple Award Wining International Actress/ Producer . Jennifer is the Senior Special Adviser on Diaspora Affairs to Distinguished Senator Benjamin Chukwuemeka Uwajumogu , Imo North Senatorial District , Federal Republic of Nigeria . Jennifer is the CEO & founder of MamaBama Pictures, LLC, MamaBama Exotic Autos and the Global Ambassador of Esdiac Communication.
Jennifer's innate talent and keen respect for perfection influenced her skills in Acting, Singing, and Dancing; the humble Actress credits her success to the nurturing guidance of her mother, who coached her every step of the way.
And so, it comes as no surprise that Jennifer's passion came to life on the big screen wowing audiences all over Nigeria before immigrating to the US to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Theatre at the University of Maryland.
While in the US, Jennifer also landed starring roles in numerous blockbuster films such as; Far From Home starring Ramsey Noah, Reginald Askia Williams , Close Enemies, starring Zach Orji, Kate Henshaw, Sammy Rotibi and Kate Henshaw; and Stubborn Grasshopper, starring Ramsey Noah, Sam Obeakheme and Lanre Balogun. My American Nurse, starring Hakeem Kae Kazim, Michael Blackson and Pascal Atuma. Only You & Me, starring: Patrick Kilpatrick and Ulrich Que. Jennifer played several voice over roles on the hit CBS TV show Madam Secretary , a former CIA analyst and political science professor turned Secretary of State .
She has also appeared in several Hollywood television features such as Carlawood a reality - series being produced by Lions Gate Entertainment, which chronicles the journey of a Canadian stand-up comic's ascent to international stardom.
Jennifer has also done several promotional TV and Print campaigns for Verizon Wireless and Vigorade Thirst Quencher.
To date, Jennifer is working on her Master's Degree in Clinical and Mental Health and is actively involved as an Executive Producer, Producer, Writer, and Actress in various feature projects. Her past work with critically acclaimed Director and Producer Razaaq Adoti was featured at the 2011 19th Annual Pan African Film Festival and is receiving rave reviews. Jennifer also appeared in the Epic Drama, written and Directed by Pascal Atuma entitled Okoto the Messenger; featuring Pascal Atuma, Vida Darko, Aloma Wright and yours truly Jennifer Oguzie.
Jennifer Oguzie's recent commercial with an International cable channel Noire TV Africa which is set to bring Nollywood movies as well as news, music, lifestyle shows and sports programming from Africa to all over the United States of America, Starring Hakeem Kae-kazim, Julius Callahan, and yours truly Jennifer Oguzie. She also starred in the award winning film, Last Flight to Abuja, written and directed by Mr.Obi Emelonye, starring Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Omotola Jalade Ekeinde and Jim Iyke.
She was awarded Best Actress (Last Flight To Abuja) at the 2013 GPACT Golden Crown Awards in Abidjan. Her big wave in Hollywood was being amongst one of the producers of the action packed block buster Martial arts movie Chavez Cage of Glory, written and directed by the world MMA Champion Mr. Hector Echavarria which was released in theaters on September 13th in Los Angeles California. Jennifer is also officially attached to one of the most anticipated Hollywood Horror film Hidden Valley the Awakening, written by Jon Morgan Woodward and to be directed by the acclaimed Director John Buechler .The movie is set to be shot in 2014 and Jennifer will be playing the role of Deputy Rigs. Jennifer also is the producer of the upcoming hit TV Series "The Dream-Naperz" which will be aired on Punch TV Network.
