- 19th overall pick by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2007 NBA draft out of Georgia Tech.
- Arrested on 29 August 2011, and charged with killing Julian Jones, a 22-year-old mother of four, in a drive-by 10 days earlier in Atlanta, Georgia. Police allege that Crittenton was actually shooting at a man Jones was walking with whom he thought had stolen jewelry from him. He has denied any involvement.
- Waived by the Charlotte Bobcats. Crittenton missed all of last season due to ankle surgery. (October 2010)
