Alan Malcolm(I)

First film was "The Fast Lady" 1961, Alan's house had a bigger part. Then it was amateur theatre with some TV and minor film work until arriving in Australia, Melbourne for two years, thereafter back to Europe an touring with various failed rock bands of the time until he forged a career in the US as a musician, music teacher and extra on numerous films. Alan was in the pit for many major productions off and off off off Broadway recorded with major musicians and travelled the world on cruise ships and long stints in Vegas. In 1989 (After a 1987/88 tour of NZ and the NSW coast) Alan returned to Australia finally settling in WA and going into radio announcing and voice overs until he wrote his first play. Therafter he has had major roles in 150 short films, stage productions, has directed and produced film, stage, web and TV. In 2015 he is looking at retiring from the hurly burly and only taking cameos in worthwhile films. Never a star but always a solid dependable performer Alan has always looked to nurture talent and have the most amount of fun available at any time!
