- In December 2003, at age 13, was diagnosed with a clival chordoma - a benign brain tumor.
- Traveled to Kyiv, Ukraine in the summer of 2006 for a 2-week intensive dance program.
- Made it to the semifinals for appearing on "Wheel of Fortune" in 2010. Producers noticed her after she ballroom danced with the host of the traveling show.
- Was selected and attended the dance program in the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities for all 4 years of high school. The program required her to move to and live on campus.
- Modeled as a baby in Miami for various print advertisements.
- Graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in marketing in 2012.
- Was a professional cheerleader for the South Carolina Force, an indoor football team in the AIFL division.
