Holly Grayson is an international award winning director, screenwriter, and editor. Her work has been honored and recognized at numerous prestigious international film festivals. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Media Studies, Digital Film Concentration and a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, Screenwriting concentration.
Holly founded Screaming Butterfly Entertainment in 2005 while studying for her first Master's degree. SBE was named after the song that she used for the first video project she had to do for her first filmmaking class - a fan music video for the song Scream of the Butterfly, by Acid Bath.
She has directed, written, shot, and edited feature films, short films, documentaries, and music videos. These have been featured in many media outlets including Billboard Magazine, Metal Hammer Magazine, MetalSucks, Bloody-disgusting, BMEModblog, and more. She is the official videographer for Metal Blade Records recording artists Byzantine and is responsible for all of their music videos since 2015.
Holly is working on post-production of her next project - an officially authorized feature documentary film on the late, legendary former Megadeth thrash metal drummer Nick Menza.
