Biography

Chris Dohr was born on January 2, 1988 in Voitsberg, Styria, Austria. He is a producer and director, known for Sophie macht Theater (2019), Mathias (2017) and The Washing Machine (2020).

Contrary to popular belief Chris Dohr is not the founder of the Austrian production company Dor Film. Nevertheless, in a Variety interview he did admit that he shares a mutual admiration with the namesake company (especially for their films: 'Zweisitzrakete', '42plus' as well as 'Wie ich lernte bei mir selbst Kind zu sein').
