Yamila Gonzalez migrated to the states at the age of 11. She worked as an Avid/Final Cut Pro editor for Cubana de Television on the
show Casino de la Alegria, then worked as a Production Assistant for
Telemundo on the spanish soap opera Pecados Ajenos after graduating from film school. In 2010 she finished
the production of her first feature-length film High School Gig, which
she wrote/directed/produced. She went on to make another 3 shorts, one of which was accepted into CENFLO in 2010. She currently works as a videographer and final cut editor on freelance jobs ranging from music videos to weddings to concert videography.
