William Chaffin is from the Northern Kentucky / Cincinnati area. William has several feature films he's written and directed, starting with his first feature film in 2002 called The Joining. His first few features did not get distribution calling this time period "his film school". This lead to later films actually receiving distribution with films like Streets of Syndicate and Guilt.
