Biography

Jaynelle Clarke, born and raised in Virginia, moved to New York in 2009.

Immediately following her arrival in NYC, Jaynelle soon stepped foot on the runways of New York Fashion Week while European designers Nara Camicie and Lyle Thomas named her the "New Face" for the Spring 2010 season.

By the end of her first year in the big city, she landed a contract with MMG Model and Talent agencies. Her profession as a model introduced her to the acting industry, where she developed a new-found love. Clarke has appeared in several feature films and television series including Gossip Girl, Law & Order, CSI, The Oranges, Blue Bloods, and the HBO series, How to Make it In America.

Shortly after she began her career as an actress, Jaynelle received an offer to work overseas as a model. She has traveled and worked all over the world in the likes of areas such as Germany, Italy, and South Africa. Along with having graced the runways of Berlin Fashion Week, she can be seen in international adverts including 7UP, BMW, Ferrero Rocher, Scope Mouthwash, and Converse.
