Biography

Joey Beni is best known for his role on OUTtv's coming-of-age comedy Sugar Highs, where he stars as fitness obsessed skate-boarder and eye candy, Tab. The show is helmed by prominent Canadian filmmaker Thom Fitzgerald.

An entertainer since he was a kid, Beni began his professional training at The Groundlings, UCB, the Ivana Chubbuck Studio and The Archibald Studio.

In 2019, he wrote and starred in the award-winning horror-comedy short, Killer Date, which garnered official selection and awards for story, acting and directing at several film festivals. Beni recently appeared in roles on Days of our Lives and Bully High. He can next be seen in Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction.

Born in San Diego, the native Californian has always had a passion for health, fitness and the outdoors. Beni resides in Los Angeles where he utilizes the SoCal landscape as his gym, hiking, swimming and skateboarding any chance he gets.
