Valentina Ghetti is an Italian screenwriter and director whose work explores the relationship between performance, storytelling and human identity. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience as a professional actress, she has developed an authorial approach in which character creation begins with the actor and evolves into original cinematic and theatrical narratives.
Her screenwriting credits include the feature film Double Soul, starring Danny Glover, F. Murray Abraham, Paz Vega and the late Julian Sands, and Blue, directed by Eleonora Puglia and distributed by PiperFilm. Her work is distinguished by psychologically layered characters and stories that transform lived experience into emotionally resonant fiction.
Alongside her work in film, Ghetti created the Ghetti Method®, an original approach to actor training that combines performance techniques with character development and original writing.
