  • Greg Harriott is an Emmy award winning cinematographer based in NYC. His varied body of work includes shooting from dugout canoes in the Amazon, a music video with first lady Michelle Obama in the White House, award-winning narrative and documentary features, and commercials for brands like Pepsi, Reebok, Armani, Alfa Romeo, and more.

    In 2013 Greg won a Daytime Emmy for filming Born to Explore with Richard Wiese, an ABC travel show that he lensed for four years. While filming Born to Explore, Greg summited Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, tracked lions in the Serengeti, filmed with orangutans in Borneo, and traveled across five continents.

    Other DP credits include Going to Mars: The Nikki Giovanni Project which won the Grand Jury Award for best documentary at the Sundance Film Festival in 2023, The Cave of Adullam which won Best Documentary and the Audience Award at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2022, and additional cinematography on Free Solo which won the Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 2019.

    Greg is a FAA certified drone pilot, Scuba diver/underwater photographer, and a wilderness first responder.
