Emitt Rhodes was born on February 25, 1950 in Decatur, Illinois, USA. He was a composer, known for The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), Made for Love (2021) and Paul Is Dead (2018). He died on July 19, 2020 in Hawthorne, California, USA.

Suffered a mental breakdown and left the music business.

His first band was The Palace Guard.

Went to high school with the Beach Boys.

Lead singer of The Merry Go-Round.
