- Luellem de Castro is an actress, singer and songwriter. She was born and raised in Duque de Caxias (RJ). She attended performing arts courses at both UniverCidade and UniRio.
De Castro has been acting since she was seven, and has performed in countless plays, such as Pineal Ritual Cênico, directed by Saulo Rocha, and Lá Dentro de Casa, a musical directed by Renato Linhares.
Her work in television can be seen in Malhação: Vidas Brasileiras, a soap opera directed by Natália Grimberg; Reality Z, a Netlfix series directed by Cláudio Torres; Encantados from Globoplay; and in the TV special Histórias (im)possíveis - Falas Negras from Rede Globo.
Furthermore, she recently finished shooting for União Instável, an upcoming Netflix film directed by Silvio Guindane.
Other upcoming projects that can be disclosed are: Grande Sertão Veredas, a film directed by Guel Arraes; the second season of Encantados, and the Cidade de Deus series.
