David is the founder and Executive Producer of the Nancy Boy Corporation. His background is in ambitious and grass-roots story creation, collaborating with dynamic theater and film makers for over 20 years. He received his MFA in Film from the University of Southern California, where he now teaches Producing to emerging filmmakers.
David previously founded and led the growth of The Project [theatre] in Miami, and has produced an array of short films, music videos and commercials featured at film festivals around the country including Sundance, SXSW, Sidewalk and Los Angeles Cinefest. David served as Executive Producer on the Jesse Eisenberg/Riley Keough led film Sasquatch Sunset which premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. His short film The Expiration of Darius Campbell won the Industry Choice Award at the 2026 Dances with Films festival.
David recently completed the feature film, Petunia, which will have its festival premiere later this year. He loves spending time at home with his amazing partner, blind Yorkie, and tormenting cat.
